Activities and Services available at Walsall Deaf People's Centre

• Licensed Bar & Social Club - Our fully functional bar is open 6 nights a week from 7.30pm - 11pm.
• Senior Citizens Club & Activities - The group meet every Monday from 11am in the main hall.
• A Range of Social & Recreational Activities - A variety of seasonal and one off events for example - Grand Bingo.
• British Sign Language (BSL) Programmes & Accreditations - BSL Level One, Two & Three.
• Customised Deaf Awareness Training - (Please refer to Deaf Awareness section).
• Deaf/Blind Communication Training - (Please refer to Deaf Awareness section).
• Advice and Information Services - Deafness and Hearing Loss.
• Communication Support - BSL/English Interpreters, Deafblind Interpreters, Notetakers, Speech-to-Text Reporters, Lipspeakers.
• Tutor Training - Providing professional and personal development for all tutors.
• Room Hire Facilities - (Please refer to Room Hire Facilities section).
• Family Group - A activity and support group for parents with Deaf children or Deaf parents with hearing children - One Saturday a month.
